18inch Cutter Head Suction Dredger Introduction

The 18inch cutter suction dredger features dimensions and production performance between our 14inch and 22inch models, serving as another high cost-performance dredging equipment from our company. Its pure production capacity ranges from 400 to 500 cubic meters per hour depending on dredged materials, and the dredging depth can be customized from 12 to 15 meters.

It is applicable to a wide variety of dredging sites, mostly used for river sand mining, channel dredging and silt cleaning in inland rivers. It also delivers excellent performance when operating in coastal and shallow sea areas. Back in 2017, we supplied a set of 18inch cutter head suction dredgers to Batam Island, Indonesia, for reclamation and land connection between islands. Even when dredging materials contained a large proportion of coral rock, the dredger machine maintained outstanding output efficiency.

Yes, our company provide overseas after-sales service for each cutter head suction dredger.
After dredger machine arrives in working place, our company will send 2 qualified and experienced engineers, 1 translator, for dredger assembly and operation training to client's workplace to guide assembly and training operation.
Client will be responsible for giving our two engineers: Round-way tickets, visa, accommodation, food, and local transportation.
In addition, each after-sales technician and translator shall be paid corresponding remuneration as agreed upon.
