Upon the arrival of the cutter suction dredger (CSD) at the on-site dredging construction location, our company will dispatch 2 qualified and experienced professional dredger engineers and 1 full-time technical translator to the client's construction site, responsible for the on-site assembly, mechanical installation, system commissioning and operational & maintenance training of the cutter suction dredger, so as to provide full-process guidance for standardized dredger assembly, commissioning operation and daily dredging construction work.

Our professional dredger engineers and site captain shall arrive at the client's designated construction site within 3 working days upon receipt of the client's official service invitation. Meanwhile, the client shall provide with a 2-week advance written notice to facilitate our personnel arrangement, tooling preparation and pre-service technical docking for dredger commissioning.

The client shall coordinate with our on-site engineering team to conduct full-performance commissioning and functional testing of the cutter suction dredger in qualified and compliant water areas that meet dredging construction conditions. The complete dredger commissioning and testing scope covers the cutter suction dredging system operation, full-function debugging of hydraulic transmission system and electrical control system, trial operation of all dredger deck outfitting and auxiliary supporting equipment, as well as the overall performance debugging and functional calibration of the dredger's standard dredging working conditions.

The client shall bear all living and travel expenses for our 2 on-site dredger engineers and technical personnel during the service period, including round-trip international air tickets, entry visa processing fees, on-site accommodation, daily catering and local on-site transportation fees.

The client's on-site construction operators and workers shall strictly follow the standardized construction arrangements and technical guidance of our professional engineers. To ensure the smooth completion of dredger commissioning, functional acceptance and technical training, the client shall guarantee and assist our engineering personnel to complete all service work and return to China within 3 working days after the official completion of dredger commissioning acceptance and full delivery of operational and maintenance training.

In addition, the client shall pay corresponding service remuneration to each of our after-sales technical engineers and professional translators in accordance with the signed contract agreement and industry service standards.
