Our chief designer Mr. Gan graduated from the major of Internal Combustion Engines at the Ship Design Institute and has been engaged in ship design ever since graduation. He once took part in the national "Hundred Dredgers Program". Under the leadership of IHC dredger engineers, he participated in the construction of one hundred cutter suction dredgers, which laid a solid technical foundation for our independent design of cutter suction dredgers. With more than 20 years of experience in dredger design and manufacturing, he has kept optimizing the equipment, and our dredger products have reached a high level of maturity.

Our river cutter head dredgers are normally equipped with Cummins diesel engines. Adopting American Cummins technology, Chongqing Cummins is the exclusive manufacturer in China. Cummins engines feature outstanding durability, low fuel consumption, standardized spare parts that are readily available, global warranty service and high cost performance. These merits have been verified during our more than 20 years of practical operation. It is our primary choice for customer dredger configurations. The hydraulic system is one of the most important components of the river dredging cutter suction dredger , with extremely high and strict requirements-it is the main artery of the entire dredger.

Many key operations of the dredger during dredging are driven by the hydraulic system, including rotation and lifting of the cutter head, anchoring, and movement of the spuds. Therefore, the hydraulic system plays a vital role in dredging work. To improve reliability, our dredgers adopt Rexroth technology from Germany. All hydraulic valve assemblies are imported components, which greatly enhances practical performance and operational reliability.
