It is suitable for dredging operations on various soil types. In addition to easily dredged loose silt, fine sand, medium-coarse sand, soft clay and weathered muddy soil, it can also handle cemented sediment, coral rock and limestone.
Flexible positioning and excellent shallow-water operation capacity. It alternately positions with anchors and spuds and can swing transversely, enabling easy and flexible hull relocation. Small-sized dredgers such as RYD350 model ,feature compact dimensions and shallow draft, allowing them to work in river shoals, port basin edges and shallow sections of waterways.
It features a high degree of automation and low manpower requirement. The control system adopts SIEMENS PLC. All operations can be managed from the cabin. Only one experienced operator, one marine engineer and one deck crew are needed to run the whole dredger work, keeping labor costs extremely low.

Transportation and shipment
Royang Dredger Company, the factory is located inland, so the dredger hull must first be transported overland to the port of departure. To facilitate transportation, the hull of our dredger is designed to be detachable. It can be packed compactly to cut shipping expenses and then reassembled at the customer's construction site.
Dredge size smaller than the RYD350 model can be shipped in 40-foot high-cube containers, while those larger than RYD350 need to be delivered by bulk carrier.

Do you provide after-sales service overseas?
Yes, after cutterhead suction dredges arrive in customer's working site, two experienced engineers will be sent for dredger reassembly and local workers' training.
