Bucket wheel dredging machine built by Royang Dredger Company is self-propelled or non self-propelled, portable dredging machine. The hull uses dismantle and box-like structure, Its dismantle type can be assembly at working place easily and be transported by road, railway and container accordingly, convenient in installation and working place moving from one to another. The power system is designed to diesel engine driving system according to customers' requirements. The working process is as following: the bucket wheel dredging machine rotary bucket wheel with multiple digging teeth dredge sand and mud underwater to mixture of slurry, then through dredging pump to the pipelines; at the end the slurry will be discharged by pipeline on land to the required place.

What is the structure and material of the bucket wheel head of bucket wheel dredging machine?
The bucket wheel head is a rotary excavation assembly, consisting of five key components: central hub, wheel spokes & rim, buckets, tooth adapters and bucket teeth, and wear liners.
Multiple buckets are evenly arranged circumferentially on the rim; tooth adapters are welded on the bucket lips, and removable bucket teeth are fixed by pins or quick locks.
Driven by hydraulic motor, the wheel rotates continuously to cut, hold and discharge sediment to the submersible pump suction inlet.
